Long Island GMAT Tutor
One of the subjects Math 1-2-3® specializes in is GMAT and our tutors in Long Island are the best. We hire only those with 5 or more years of tutoring experience. Many people apply as tutors simply because they earned an "A" in the subjects that they want to tutor. However, being a student and a true math expert are two very different things.
Math 1-2-3® has expert GMAT tutors in Long Island. Our math specialists are happy to assist you. We hire very few of those who apply to work for us. In the interview process, we weed out those who are not the true math experts they profess to be.
Many Math 1-2-3® tutoring candidates are under the wrong impression that being an "A" student in math qualifies them to work for us. Knowing material and being able to clearly explain that material are not the same. To ensure that our tutors can handle difficult material, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience. Those who are hired as GMAT tutors in Long Island are able to clearly explain even the most challenging questions. All of our tutors have degrees in math or in a related field.
Some Math 1-2-3® GMAT students in Long Island came to us only after working with inexperienced tutors. We avoid this problem by requiring our tutors to have at least 5 years of tutoring experience. Being a top student does not necessarily translate into being a great tutor. Even an "A" student may have forgotten many formulas and concepts over the years.
